This 1:96 scale plastic kit measures 9.75 inches long and captures the tandem-rotor Transporter in detail. The full-size H-16 was evaluated by the United States Air Force and Army in the early 1950s as a high-capacity transport and rescue helicopter. Intended to be the world’s largest transport helicopter, it offered exceptional load-carrying potential, but the programme was cancelled after a 1956 test crash.
