Manufactured to the highest safety standards, our cold chisels are individually forged from high-quality alloy steel. The unique alloy composition makes them ideal for a variety of metalworking and masonry applications, significantly enhancing wear resistance. The precisely ground cutting edge is induction hardened to a hardness of 52 – 58 HRC, ensuring improved performance during extended use. To prevent splintering under hammer blows, the hardness at the striking end is maintained below 42 HRC. The shank features a durable powder coating, while the cutting edge is accurately ground for precision.
