Bordo slot drills give HSS-Co8 (Cobalt) centre cutting with square end. They are perfect for general milling operations to create slots and cavities while also commonly used when milling steels and non-ferrous materials that produce large chips. Their fewer flutes are best for chip evacuation, keeping the bit cooler, but leave a rougher surface finish.
