1. Download the prescription eyewear order form from the link below
2. Complete and take this order form, to your local participating optometrist
3. Choose your Boll Prescription Safety Glasses frames
4. Your local optometrist will order your frames and lenses to be manufactured to your requirements
5. Collect & final fitting of your assembled frames and lenses from your local optometrist (approx. 10 Days)
6. The cost of the frames and lenses will be charged to your NZ Safety Blackwoods account upon pick up from your local optometrist
